There is one week left to apply for SABF 2010 and we are keen to receive more applications from around the world to make SABF, once again, an incredible experience. Remember that you have time until May 9th to upload or modify your essay. Below, you can find more information that has been already provided.

For this edition, something special for the 100 selected participants.

In the SABF’s sixth edition, a set of student-given workshops has been incorporated to the agenda. It will be a space for participants to share their ideas with their peers and debate them on a level ground. The essays, which will be presented by their respective authors, will be selected by a careful process including not only the SABF’s independent judges but also the Speakers Department and the SABF Board of Members.

Help finding financial assistance for your travel expenses

There are different ways of getting financial aid for the transportation to Buenos Aires. We encourage you to look for your own way of sponsorship through universities, companies, student foundations, airlines or embassies, for example. The SABF Organising Team will provide you with all the assistance you may need in order to get funds. We invite you to learn more about the experience of former participants: Handen Costa and Joao Gabriel Leal Costa Pinheiro.

How do I participate?

In order to participate, you should enter to the online application form, and complete your personal information and upload your essay (between 1200 and 1600 words) about one of the secondary topics: Sustainable Businesses: A Global and Feasible Solution?, Synergy: The Road to a Bigger Impact in Society, Citizen Participation: Assuming an Active Role in Change.

Do not forget that you will be able to modify your essay until the closure of the application period. We invite you to read some of the essays written by former participants.
