Two weeks ago Martin (SABF´s director) participated on the Global Engagement Summit(GES), a conference that took place at Northwestern University- Evanston, Chicago. One of its goals is to provide opportunities to access different types of resources to the projects presented by participants.

The SABF generates its own financial resources, by the economical support of private companies and institutions that share the spirit of the congress, thus, we have decided to take part on one of GES´ proposals: Global Giving. Global Giving is marketplace that connects people who have community and world-changing ideas with people who can support them. They work with a network of well-run organizations and carefully research their projects – gathering detailed information on the project leaders, as well as the projects’ objectives and expected outcomes. They connect the donors with the preojects.
